In the fourth session of the series, we will explore the role of stress (drama) in works of theatre and literature by discovering what causes each of the five personality aspects stress, as well as how each personality type responds to stress (how might a character behave when stressed). This theory-based workshop requires no preparation and can be taken as a standalone or in conjunction with other sessions in the Character Development pack.
