A Journey into Playwriting: From Foundations to Your Authentic Voice
This workshop series is conceived as a progressive journey that, over several weekends, dives deeper and deeper into the art and craft of dramatic writing. Starting from the fundamental principles of dramaturgy, the path gradually leads each participant toward discovering and strengthening their most authentic creative voice.
The first weekend laid the groundwork by exploring the universal energies and themes that have always shaped human storytelling—timeless conflicts, desires, and contradictions—and how these elements flow into character creation and dramatic structure. From there, each subsequent workshop will move further into specificity, helping participants gain confidence in handling dramatic structure while simultaneously expanding their freedom to explore character psychology in depth.
All workshops combine theoretical input, practical writing exercises, and the analysis of texts by renowned playwrights and screenwriters. Participants may attend individual weekends, but continuous participation is strongly encouraged in order…
