About the Event

This Musical Theatre workshop offers a hands-on approach to performing songs in Musical Theatre, and what makes them different from a scene in a play or belting a song out at karaoke. Participants will work through songs together, breaking down the role of songs in musicals and identifying strategies to make a performance dynamic and successful, and receive on-going performance feedback and song suggestions from the instructor. Whether it’s your first time performing a Musical Theatre song or you’re a seasoned professional, participants of all experience- and skill-levels will benefit from this course.
