Yes, you read that right! We are very pleased to announce that, after the success of the on-camera acting workshop with filmmaker Seamus McNally in March, we will be hosting a second workshop, with acting coach Eric Reis July 8-9, 2023.
Over the course of this two-day intensive weekend, participants will be provided with a comprehensive understanding of how to apply their skills to meet the specific demands of performing in front of a camera. Throughout the workshop, each actor will perform four scenes from scripts of popular film and TV productions, which will be filmed, analyzed and reviewed as a group. Key topics of the weekend will include script analysis, auditioning techniques, and self-tape preparation.
Due in part to the popularity of our previous film workshop, this workshop will be open to 16 participants, however, only Active Participation will be offered (we will not be offering Observer spots this time around). This workshop is designed for professionals, acting students and amateurs who desire to pursue acting in a professional setting. On-camera experience is not required, but attendance is limited to actors with previous training or experience.
