Hello everyone!

We're very pleased to announce that we have four new courses / workshops coming up in the May-June season. It's a nice variety we've got here - a mix of acting and tech and also of online and in person - hopefully something for everyone.

So, without further ado, coming up we've got:

Over this 6 week course, participants will each be assigned the role of stage manager for a fictional play. Together, week-by-week, we'll delve into the responsibilities and decisions that stage managers face, all while building your own "stage manager book" to prepare for your assigned play. It's a practical, immersive experience designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of stage management. All are welcome - both those with and without backstage experience.

This course is limited to 5 participants and will run (in person) on Mondays from May 19 - June 30 with instructor Courtney Beamish. More information can be found here.

This 6-week online course, limited to just 5 participants, focuses on performing monologues and one-sided dialogues in a virtual setting. Receive real-time feedback from your instructor and peers during class, with the option to submit a weekly self-tape for personalized critique. It's the perfect opportunity to refine your on-camera presence in a supportive environment.

This course is limited to 5 participants and will run (online) on Wednesdays from May 21-June 25 with instructor Courtney Beamish. More information can be found here.

Dive deep into the world of Stanislavski with this intensive one-day workshop. Explore his techniques and methodologies to enhance your acting skills and bring authenticity to your performances. Through practical exercises and scene work, you'll gain a deeper understanding of character development and emotional truth on stage.

This workshop is open to 15 participants and will run on Sat. May 3 from 10am-3pm with instructor Arina Merzliakova. More information can be found here.

Discover the transformative power of Michael Chekhov's approach to acting. This intensive course focuses on physicality, imagination, and psychological gesture to unlock new dimensions in your performance. Engage in dynamic exercises that encourage creative freedom and a deeper connection to your roles.

This workshop is open to 15 participants and will run on Sat. May 10 from 10am-3pm with instructor Arina Merzliakova. More information can be found here.

As always, we can't wait to see you there and wishing you a lovely weekend in this beautiful sunny weather!!
